Following your booking, one of our concierge team will be in touch to begin coordinating every aspect of your travel logistics, including seamless arrival and departure arrangements, airport fast track services to ensure a swift and stress-free experience, private transfers for comfort and convenience, as well as luxury car hire or professional chauffeur services, all carefully organised to match your preferences and schedule.

Arriving at the Villa

One of our team members will personally welcome you upon arrival and guide you through the villa, making sure you feel at home from the very start. They’ll walk you through the property, answer any questions, and ensure every detail is in place for your stay. Throughout your visit, you’ll also have a dedicated on-island concierge and property manager available seven days a week — always on hand to take care of your needs.

Inside the Villa

Our concierge team can arrange to have your villa pre-stocked with all your requested items — from drinks and snacks to groceries and more. They will also assist you in planning your arrival meal. If your villa comes with a chef or cook, this will be included. If not, we can arrange one for you at an additional cost.

Beyond dining, we can also coordinate equipment rentals and organise any additional services you’d like to enjoy during your stay — all tailored to ensure your villa experience is effortless and personalised.

Our team can arrange luxury adventures both on the water and in the air. Set sail on a private speed boat or full-day charter, or join a catamaran tour — available for both intimate groups and larger gatherings — complete with dining experiences on board. Beyond dining, we can also arrange reservations for sporting activities, including tennis, paddle, and golf tee times, as well as keep you informed about special events happening across the island.
