Enter this impressive villa via French floor to ceiling glass doors and enjoy the stunning indoor/outdoor living concept central courtyard, from where this exceptional property can be explored.

Traditional features blend tastefully with modern clear glass windows and doors along with quality contemporary style furniture. Air conditioned throughout, with ceiling fans, ensuring that when the tropical climate becomes a little too hot for some, the house can become a chilled haven of relaxation.

The large kitchen serves the elegant air-conditioned internal dining room, opening up onto the beautiful and spacious pool deck and BBQ areas, which surround a stunning infinity pool, one of the largest on Royal Westmoreland.

A substantial, modern and yet comfortable living room with a large Smart TV leads into a large bar area with both access to and views of the large pool deck and garden.

The oversized pool, with 'one of a kind' dolphin mosaic features, helps set the scene for this luxurious tropical escape.

The entry level floor also includes 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each with private outdoor terrace.

The lower level includes an additional expansive guest apartment, with the option of using a private entrance. This encompasses a large bedroom, spacious open plan living area and ensuite bathroom.

A separate, well appointed, stylish and private one bedroom cottage, with its own secluded terrace, is located in the tropical gardens, providing an air of tranquility.

All bedrooms are fitted with Smart TV's with over six hundred channels including US & UK programmes.

The epitome of Caribbean luxury, the entire top floor accommodates an amazing and very private master bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobes and an oversized terrace providing superb sea and luscious tropical garden views. In addition to the internal stairs, this impressive balcony and master bedroom suite can also be accessed via an external staircase leading from the magnificent pool and decking.

Amenities on the lower level, entered either externally or from the lounge, include a large cinema room with a one hundred-inch TV, well equipped gym and an adjacent games room with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, darts, and table football. There is also a bar/relaxation area situated on this level.

Leading from the pool deck are steps down to a gazebo surrounded by lush gardens; a perfect spot for late night drinks or just to relax with a book whilst enjoying the relaxing sounds of the Caribbean.

This impeccable and well equipped six-bedroom villa guarantees a memorable holidays for large groups, families with children or families traveling together and can accommodate up to 12 adults. It is also ideal for those individuals desiring a private retreat.

Whilst fully updated and upgraded with a modern contemporary theme throughout, the villa is located in one of the few original resort home positions, ensuring privacy.

Mango Walk is even better than advertised. It’s an amazing place, and our group of 9 people loved it there.
The kids had lots of fun in the pool and games room. So did the adults.
Juanita was our concierge with Young Estates, and she was very helpful. Anytime that we had questions, she responded right away.
The privileges for Royal Westmoreland that come with the house are awesome. We used the sanctuary pool, the gym, and the shuttle to the beach at the Mullins Beach club regularly.
The house staff were amazing. Having a cook and housekeeper to help us out was fantastic.
